Taste, Learn, Celebrate

There’s something magical about the way a perfect wine elevates a dish, transforming a meal into an experience. On the evening of March 15th, we’re opening our garden terrace for an exclusive wine pairing dinner that celebrates the very best of Italian viticulture and cuisine.

Master sommelier Marco Bellini, who has spent over two decades studying Italy’s wine regions, will be your guide for the evening. Marco’s passion for Italian wine is infectious, and his ability to tell the story behind each bottle brings a depth to the tasting that goes far beyond simple notes of oak and berries. The evening begins at 7 PM with a welcome reception featuring our house Prosecco and a selection of antipasti. As the sun sets over the terrace, you’ll be seated for a five-course journey through Italy’s diverse wine regions. We’ll start in the north with a crisp Pinot Grigio from Alto Adige, paired with our Caprese Burrata featuring heirloom tomatoes at the peak of their season.

From there, we travel to Tuscany for a Chianti Classico Riserva alongside our Tagliatelle alla Bolognese, where the wine’s bright acidity cuts through the rich, slow-cooked ragu. The third course takes us south to Campania, where a volcanic Greco di Tufo provides a stunning contrast to our Spaghetti alle Vongole, the wine’s mineral notes echoing the briny sweetness of the clams. Our fourth pairing ventures to Piedmont for a robust Barolo—the king of wines—served with a special off-menu preparation of braised short rib with porcini mushrooms. Finally, we conclude in Sicily with a sweet Passito di Pantelleria alongside our Torta Caprese, the wine’s dried fruit and honey notes harmonizing beautifully with the chocolate and almond cake.

Between courses, Marco will share insights into each wine’s terroir, production methods, and the families behind these exceptional bottles. You’ll learn about the volcanic soils of Mount Etna, the fog-shrouded hills of Barolo, and the ancient winemaking traditions that have been passed down through generations. Seating is limited to 40 guests to ensure an intimate experience. Tickets are $125 per person, which includes all five courses with wine pairings. Whether you’re a wine enthusiast or simply curious about expanding your palate, this evening promises to be both educational and delicious. To reserve your spot, call us at (555) 123-4567 or visit our reservations page. We look forward to raising a glass with you under the stars. There’s something magical about the way a perfect wine elevates a dish, transforming a meal into an experience.
